If a panel is installed in the corner of a room does the wall that is right beside the panel violate the 110.26 (A) (2) width of Work Space? This would be a 200 amp panel that is 14 1/2 in. wide.

No, the 30" width measurement can start at the wall right next to the panel.

Agreed. And I will add that you can start the 30" width at the edge of the panel, even if there is no nearby wall. The working space does not need to be centered on the center of the panel.
