I am currently trying to figure out an efficient way of bidding the complete rewire of house that has been re-zoned for commercial use only:?. The panel upgrade is being bid separately. I must keep CA Title 24 in mind, which really adds a lot of cost to the job :slaphead:. The materials alone cost nearly as much as I would charge to completely rewire an entire house the same size, that wasn't commercial
. The number I come up with is about $10.50 to $11.00 a square foot. Any input from people with more experience in this niche of the industry would be appreciated!
