Cooked insulation exposing wiring. Mike shocks and all that though...how is that mild? Because it’s a ground fault?

I don't think they understand basic electrical theory or real world wiring practices.

How about when they count ALL electrical burns as arc flash? I mean when OSHA says the victim was burned by direct contact, that’s a shock. If it’s over 1 A or so you get a burn but it’s not arc flash. Once you realize this we get stats like 50% of electrical injuries are arc flash.

If current is passing through tissue, thats a shock to me.
