I have the regular 2017 NEC softcover book on my desk and was reviewing Table 310.104(A) and just realized that I do not have the text for the Section just before it 310.104. I see it in the Handbook I have as a PDF, but not in the regular code book. Was there a misprint? I can't find an Errata page on the NFPA website that would address this. I just see Errata No:70-17-1 which is for a missing 0 for TW insulation thickness.
Table 310.104(A) is there with no problem.
