NETA Equivalent Electrical Testing

Dear All,

Can anyone help if you know that there is another electrical systems testing style in Europe that is equivalent to NETA or NICET testing? The systems shall include subjects below,

Panelboards
Electrical Conductors
Grounding and Bonding
Overcurrent Protective Devices
Lighting Fixtures

NETA (InterNational Electrical Testing Association) has testing scripts for each of those equipment types (except light fixtures). NICET does not.

I am not aware of other agencies that have a standardized script like those..

NFPA 70B has quite a bit but it is more generalized...they list what to test but not so much on the how.
