Above ground fuel tank

Have an office complex with emergency generator that runs on fuel oil. Tank was under ground and now is going to be installed next to generator above ground in the parking garage.
My question is this area where the fuel tank is classified as a hazardous location? If so what class and division?

Diesel is not a classifed fuel. It can be wired with any Chapter 3 method. However, since its subject to damage and the fuel will get inside of standard boxes, etc, I would recommend RMC and FS type boxes.
