Distance between oxygen tanks and substations

I'm having a hard time finding an answer to this question. Could anyone please tell or tell me where I can find the answer.

What is the distance between a substation and an oxygen tank?

A substation is being installed near an oxygen tank and need to know safe working clearances. Thank you.

While oxygen may enhance fires, this particular question has nothing to do with classified locations.

Basically, depending on the size, pressure and capacity of the oxygen tank this is either a pressure vessel question or a simple bottle issue - neither of which are addressed in the NEC.
