I am working in Petrochemical complex, wherein the hazardous area installation is based on NEC classification.
1) In case of Class1, Div2 area the motors selected shall be TEFC, while the TEFC motors manufactured by European manufacturers are suitable for installation in Class1, DIv2 area?
2) In case of Class1, Div2 area, the Junction boxes and Control Panels shall be Explosion-proof, while for the these items supplied by European Manufacturers are Increased Safety or equivalent to Zone2. Under these circumstances, which one to be selected?

1) Probably, check their "T-rating". See Section 501.125(B).
2) Possibly, see Section 501.5; however if the markings are only "Ex e" rather than "AEx e" then they don't meet the requirements of 505.9(C)(2).
