LED retrofit bid

I was asked to give a bid on a job to replace T12 florescent bulbs with LED bulbs. There are 412- 8', 2 bulb strips and 96- 4', 4 bulb troffers. I am bidding removing the florescent bulbs, by-pass the ballast, and replace with LED bulbs. Ceiling height is about 14'. Bulbs are provided. Anyone out there have a good way of figuring a cost per fixture. Im coming up with $12.38 per 8' strip and $18.75 per 4' fixture. Am I way out there?

I think that your bidding is correct you may reach there, but you never knows there may be some people ready to work without profit just to get clients.
