Fully conceal new construction can light?

I'm remodeling the basement. I started putting new-construction can lights in, but realized that the built-in junction box on these lights will end up being concealed and inaccessible once the drywall goes up. Will this pass inspection (NEC 2008 - single family home) or should I pull down the lights I've installed and replace them with remodel-type can lights? What do people usually use for this sort of application?

Thanks.
