Time switch, photocel with manual override

Have a 2 channel time switch with a photocell to control 4 3pole contactors for lighting. Time switch on photocell off for channel 1, time switch on and off for channel 2. I'm guessing the override is to interrupt the photocell it is a 60 minute timer switch.. anyone deal with this before, need help on the wiring. Worried about back feeding.
