Lamp Recycling

I live in Harrisburg PA and I have a couple large LED retros coming up. Does anyone know of a company near Harrisburg PA that'll come pick up and recycle bulb lamps? The average job is 80-100 400W metal halide bulbs and the one job coming up is over 3,000 4' fluorescent tubes are being replaced.

Some bulbs do not require recycling and can be landfilled as non-hazardous waste
