IES Bedroom Lighting level recommendations

Can anyone share with me what is the IES recommendation for footcandle level in residential bedroom? I dont have the latest IES handbook with me.

I'm not sure how to answer this, as you can install a 1/2 switched outlet & have no foot candles until you plug a lamp into it. :?

5-10 footcandles for general lighting, 30-50 for reading.

I received a comment from the reviewer cause the architect has one light in the bedroom which gives out considerably low lumens about 500 which is low for a 10x12 bedroom. He mentioned in a comment saying to refer to IES handbook for recommended lighting level in a bedroom.

Nope just a residential bedroom.
