A fella at the church I attend will be supplying a door clicker for an entry door and an intercom to speak to someone inside to hit buzzer button...
Not a plenum ceiling and the run will be through about 20' in a christian school.
Do you think I'll be ok to run a 3 wire (2 with a spare) 20 gauge CL2 to the door clicker (buzzer) and a 5 wire 20 gauge CL2 to the intercom ?
Thank you

That's what that wire is for, no. :?

Is that a yes or a no ??

I was looking around and considering some type of cat or shielded twisted to the intercom but I'm thinking the 5 wire would work and just easier to get at the supply house.

Wasn't clear what you were getting at from your OP with all that extraneous information. Is this some kind of apartment house intercom like Aiphone? Sometimes they do require twisted pairs. Best to check the installation instructions. For only 20 feet you probably could get away with CAT5 but to the door release I would run 2 conductor thermostat wire.
