I am building a cabin with a 12V only PV system which falls under 720. Has anyone dealt with the compliance issues of finding DC rated switches and luminaires for this situation? I find one listed Leviton switch rated for 48V 3A. Can I allow more current at 12 A? Rated switches with a higher current rating that I have found (for RV and marine use) are only "component listed" in UL. Should my inspector be OK with this? Also, most lum's say AC ONLY on them. How do I find ones without this? Thanks for any help! (I DID find a good source for DC lamps that fit standard bases)
