Low voltage

i own a small electrical company that i started last year. i don't know much about low voltage, but i would like to learn and offer it to my customer. what is the best way to go about learning control, sound, video, CATV, CCTV, telephone, fiber optics. Please respond with any opinion or comments.

As with line-voltage wiring, the best way is OJT. In other words, work under someone who does it and learn like an apprentice.
 
Generally speaking, I speak from longtime experience, you need to get in good with suppliers in your area. Manufacturer reps. I use my suppliers often for updates, and tech support as well as getting classes they put on. Good Luck but from my experience most regular electricians that try this do not stick with it, for one reason, way to much hand holding of the customers, most of what the l "Low Voltage" companies do requires 24/7 availability to customers who can't figure out how to change channels on their TV's.
