610.32 "Where the disconnecting means is not readily accessible

means shall be provided at the operating station to open the

Would a stop button on the pendant station meet this criteria? Asuming it drops a master relay and therefore kills the power circuit.
Is a crane anything that has more than one rail? (Like a west east troley?) The definitions are not that clear to me
