My understanding is all 125Vac outlets in a Commercial Garage will have GFCI protection.
220Vac outlets with a twist lock do not require GFCI.
Does a 125Vac outlet with a twist lock require a GFCI?

The GFCI protection required by 511.12 can be provided by a GFCI breaker if needed. Having said that....
