Hi
When calculating the load for multifamily building with standard calculation
In a 60 unit building i would like to install 1 kw dishwashers, 1.2 kw fixed microwaves, and 6.1 kw window AC units per unit
Is there any reduction for the dishwashers and microwaves other than 75%?
Is there any reduction for the AC units?
Is OTR consider cooking appliance to use with 220.55?

Thank you

1) No.
2) No.
3) No... has to be at least 1750W.

Yes i was checking with standard calculation
Just to clarify, if i have
1000 VA X 60 = 60000 @75% = 45000 VA
1500 VA X 60 = 90000 @75% = 67500 VA
Then 1750 X 60 = 105000 @ 30% = 31500 VA (220.55)
So i can add 60 of them for less?...

Also, can i use optional calculation if i have a microwave and a window unit? (one feeder)
Thank you

Yes. It's an application anomaly that you cannot get around.

I believe you can. There is no doubt that a microwave [oven] is a cooking appliance, and 220.84 does not state the equipment must exceed the 1750W threshold noted in 220.55. YMMV. I'd run it by the AHJ before proceeding
