i wired a small office.i used bx cable.i exit just above the outside panel the exit was about three feet below the panel.i sleeved the bx in to pvc. the inspector made me change the pvc to emt any comments

Not enough info to help you out. Was the PVC truly a sleeve or did you use a fitting to change over to the BX in that case you would be missing the bond.

What I am asking is did the MC or Hospital grade AC cable armor get bonded to ground even with the grounding conductor inside the armor must be bonded to ground just as any metal raceway would be.

hi member 47 the metal boxes that were used for outlet and lighting are all bonded with the green wire and the wire coming into the panel two hots one neautral and green the green is bonded to the panel.of course the pvc that it was sleeved in can not be bonded
