I know disconnects are to be grouped together, but if there is one at Interruptable meter , then wire goes thru the basement to other side of house to condenser location where the other disconnect is, is that ok? The one at meter is nonfused, and the one at condenser is fused. Also does anyone have a code referance for that rule,...off the top of your head ?

One service (drop or lateral) and two meters ?
Where are the disconnects for the non-interruptible service meter ?

IN addition to "grouping", it sounds like a couple of violations. If the disconnect at the meter is non-fused I would not classify it as the "service disconnect" since the OCP is not there (230.91).
The conductors traveling thru the house without OCP would be a violation of 230.70(A)(1)
