commercial warehouse/office load calculation

I am attempting to do a commercial warehouse/office service load calculation. Its been a while. The warehouse is 11,000 square feet. most of it is warehouse but there are two small offices. Could I do two separate load calculations, and add the final amps together? I didn't see a combination warehouse/office demand factor
