Attached sketch shows tenants A to tenants D in one floor building. Each tenant is spearsted by minimum 2hrs fire wall.
Tenants A,B have service entrance conductors while tenants C,D have service entrance into utilty room of tenant D.
Sketch shows blown detail of utlity room tenant D. There are two service disconnects fed from tenant D service entrance all grouped in utility room one feeding to tenant C panel and other tenant D panel.
Tenants A,B service is allowable by Nec 2014 Article 230.40 exception number 1 while tenants C,D service is allowable by Nec 2014 Article 230.40 exception number 2.
Can you have combination of Nec 2014 Article 230.40 exception number 1 and exception number 2 or just one exception is allowed in attached sketch?
