I have fire pump ats controller all in one with following for 50hp 208V three phase:

Isolating switch not rated for 115% of motor full load amps 172.5x1.15= 200A,

Circuit breaker continous rating not less than 115% of full load amps = 200A.

Instantenous trip setting of not more than 20 times the motor full load current.

Unit provided with locked rotor current orotectio shunt trip device factory set at 600% at 1000A.

Device not field adjustable.

The controller is UL listed UL 218 and ATS is UL 1008.

Does above comply nec 2014 Article 695.4(B)(2)?

The NEC has no say in any part of a listed fire pump including the controller.
