Attached sketch shows transformer and secondary panel. The secondary panel labeled conductors one going from transformer to secondary panel and second going from ground bus secondary panel to secondary panel enclosure are labeled as shown on NEC 2014 handbook Exhibit 250.14 as supply side bonding jumper.

Supply side bonding jumper are sized based on NEC 250.102(C)(2) and can be each in raceway or as a whole.

Assume I have 4 sets of (4)350MCM secondary phase conductors. If I where to size supply side bonding jumper each in raceway then it would come out to #2 each conduit.

However, how would supply side bonding jumper from secondary panel ground bus to secondary panel enclosure be sized since their is no conduit. Would their be #2 AWG 12 times from secondary panel ground bus to secondary panel enclosure one thats labeled question mark in attachment? If not how is it sized?

I believe T250.120(C)(1) Note #1 would apply
