Couple of questions please:

I have multiple 1600 amp bus duct feeders from 480 volt substations. Each feeder is 4 sets of 750 3c aluminum with grounds. The design is IAC cable from the substations to the bus ducts via cable tray. The cable tray is not continuous in some spots. Obviously the tray has to be electrically continuous...Does the tray have to be bonded on both side rails at expansion joints and at each end? i.e. substation end and bus duct tap box end. The substation end terminates on a floor plate not attached to the substation. The floor plate is welded to structural beams below the concrete slab floor.

We are using IAC cable terminator connectors at the tap box and at the substations. The connectors have bond bushings on both ends. Can the bushing ground lugs be daisy chained or do they need to be individually grounded to the respective ground bus? The design is a daisy chain with 4/0 copper.

Thanks in advance for your help.
