I am having a discussion with another electrician that is wiring a house about the number of NM cables the are allowed to be in a 1/2" & 3/4" "tomics" as they enter the loadcenter as well as the branch circuits that are required to be GFCI protected. Can someone please give some clarity and NEC articles to these questions ?
Thank you

Probably a tomic refers to a nm connector or possibly a raceway

To give an answer we need to know what a tomic is referring to and if it is a raceway we need the length and the wire size-- 12/2 nm or 14/2 nm etc. Most connectors are rated for 2 nm cables...
