Is the manufacturers name, file #, model #, voltage and wattage on the just the lampholder and not anywhere on the fixture meeting the NEC requirement.

410.35 does not specify where it shall be marked, so I'd say it's OK.​

If the mfg. info were on the back of the mounting plate how would any one know if the luminaire was of to high a wattage? You know that sticker on the lamp holder keeps people from putting 100 watt lamps in a 60 watt rated fixture
