Well I believe there's also 1500V and 2000V rated (and higher) MV conductors on the market... but whether they can be used "effectively" in a PV system is something I'll leave for you to investigate...Obviously, but what is that? The only 1000V wire I have found so far is PV wire.

I am just going to run the 1000V PV wire (RHW-2) all the way back to the inverters.
Turns out it's moot. My client wants to use 600V inverters.I am not aware of any other option, unless its a bipolar system
