We are looking to install an 18kw ground mount array along the river in Delaware co, Ohio. They have a few old barns and buildings on the lot, and now they are adding a new Home. The plot plan has this area marked as a 100 year flood plan, the CBO in Delaware told me to review NFPA 70 regarding equipment requirements for elevations above the base flood elevation.
