Three phase transformer question

I was trying to keep it simple. The inverter stops outputting power and there is no possibility of a load on the 208V side trying to draw current from the inverter. So it does not matter in that scenario if there is a neutral hooked to the 208V side of the transformer. For the purposes of the questions raised in this thread, the inverter disconnects.
