90.1 Purpose (B) Adequacy. This Code contains provisions that are considered necessary for safety. Compliance therewith Code compliance and proper maintenance results in an installation that is essentially free from hazard but not necessarily efficient, convenient, or adequate for good service or future expansion of electrical use.
Substantiation:
"considered" is an unenforceable term according to NEC_StyleManual_2011.pdf 3.2.1.
"Compliance therewith" is awkward and contains an archaic word "therewith" which is deprecated by NEC_StyleManual_2011.pdf 3.3.4.
