210.4(B) and 240.15(B)(1)

(NEC 2008) There appears to be a conflict between these two sections or at least an inconsistency. With the change to 210.4(B), does section 240.15(B)(1) even apply any longer?

Dennis, IMO this is as usefull as reidentifying the white conductor in a cable assembly to a switch.

I caught that too. I have it on my list of 2011 proposals.
