Federal Pacific Stab- Lox Panels

Are these panels safe, are should they be changed out.

I dont like the buss connection on the breakers, but I dont know that they are unsafe if they are in good condition. You dont have to change very many breakers for it to be more practicle to just replace the panel though...

the breakers have a bad habit of jumping out at you when you take the panel cover off (they come unplugged from the buss.... stab lok) replace the panel and sell the breakers on ebay.

ive pulled off breakers where the stab lock connector stayed on the bus and the breaker broke apart in my hands :roll:
