Remodel bathroom with permits

If i am doing a bathroom that only has a bath Tub or a stand up shower and toilet No sink. Do i need a GFI in the bathroom. this is something we are talking about in the office. Thanks

IMO, no gfci is required because a bathroom must have a basin to be defined as a bathroom.
