Mounting clip/fuse holder manufacturer

A friend of mine in the sign buisness sent me a couple of photos of a clip he has seen used for years. Sometimes this clip is used to hold a piece of stretched fabric and sometime he has seen them used to hold a fuse in a sign lighting circuit. From the photo this clip looks almost like a minerallac to me. There are two letters on the side of the clip: an L with an F to the right. We are both just curious as to who makes this versatile item! The photos are jpg's. If anyone is interested in this matter I could send the photos. Please contact me.

Those look fairly generic to me, but my guess by the letters would be Littelfuse.
