Thanks for that information but the OP made this statement and this is the one I was responding to.
If there is interior metal water piping 250.104(A) requires a bonding conductor sized per 250.66. That is the area that I was cautioning about.

I thought my post sounded like he didn't have to bond anything at all, couldn't reopen edit today, so added that metals likely to become energized , do need to be grounded.
