Location of Utility pad mounted Transformer

Is there a limitation for the distance of secondary feeders from outdoor pad mounted transformer and main service disconnect in the building?

That's a POCO issue and not covered in the NEC. They wouldn't be feeders but service entrance conductors.

No distance limitations for these service conductors under the NEC. If the NEC or NESC applies depends on where the service point is and that changes from area to area.
