Breaker! Breaker!

Older Bryant panel with many different breakers inside - Bryant, Siemens, ITE, Murray, Crouse Hind - and one other I could not identify - see photo of the brown breaker. Any insight?

Looks like Bakelite. Not the brand, but the case.
