GE SPECTRA Breaker wont reset !!!! Help

I shut off a Ge spectra 3-pole breaker with 150 amp amperage module this morning. Relocated the sub panel and checked all the legs for any shorts etc. When I turn it back on it will not reset it goes to the trip position with no load and no short circuit. Any tricks to getting this to reset or is the breaker toast? Very expensive breaker but probably 10 or more years old. Thanks for any help, Chris:-?

First of all, I'm sure you tapped the handle to off before resetting. If you need a new one, zog is the guy to talk to.

Does your breaker have UV?
