Ultra Violet lighting

Ok... we had another weird request... (seems I get a lot of those)

A customer wants a UV-C light. Dead set that it HAS to be UV-C.

I can find fixtures for UV-A and UV-B, but not a UV-C.
I can find germ lights, hand wands, ect... but not a fixture or a bulb that will fit in a standard fixture... I can even find air duct lighting for it... but not a regular light fixture.

Anyone ever run into this, and have a solution?

Thanks,
Greg

Greg, UV-C is the germicidal UV type of tube. The glass is clear and the UV, while irritating to skin and eyes, isn't long-term dangerous.

They have a G instead of an F, such as G6T5 for a small bi-pin tube, and should work with ballasts for similar-sized standard tubes.

Here's just one source I found with a quick search: http://www.goodmart.com/products/bulb_fluorescent_tube_germicidal.htm
