Since this is a dwelling, take a look at 210.8(A)(3).

All 125 volt 15 and 20 ampere receptacle installed outdoors are required to be GFCI protected, with the exception of dedicated receptacles for snow melting and deicing equipment.

Well your choices are 1999, 2002, 2005 or 2008, I will assume the 2005. :smile:

210.8(A)(3) requires GFCI protection, I strongly suggest that if the receptacle is 25' in the air that either a GFCI breaker is used or another GFCI device is installed in an easy to reach location to protect this circuit and use a standard receptacle up high at the camera.
