When going from pvc underground to rigid risers into panels on 480 volt system are the 2 lock nuts good enough to ensure the bonding of rigid pipe? KO is clean not eccen. or cocenn. I thought a bond bushing would be required because pipe run is not electrically continous from one end to other.

Check out 250.97 ex#3 you are good.

looks like 2 lock nuts are good enough even when pipe run is not electrically continous. Oops.
