Don't normally take a lot of pics on jobs but this one really had the jaw-dropping effect on me... Can YOU spot the violation?

Yes the ladder is split which is an OSHA violation to use. That doent look like a factory nail to hold the rung in.Don't normally take a lot of pics on jobs but this one really had the jaw-dropping effect on me... Can YOU spot the violation?

that looks dangerous were they the sec's
It is pretty common to see somthing like that poking out of the skirting on a mobile home trailer around here, very scary....
Bob I have seen that as well I am from Indiana. What are we looking at here 300.5(1).....Good pic there "2 skins"
Boy it is pretty shocking that you guys see this type of thing often.
Indiana mobile home parks are very scary, most of them get connected by the trailers owners brother in law for a case of beer with no inspection. trailer fires are not uncommon.
has WV adopted the NEC ?
did they splice the GEC w/ reversible crimps?
Sidd most looks like intersystem bonding......However, that last split bolt on the #4 GEC looks suspicious but can't tell....good eye!
