Yes the ladder is split which is an OSHA violation to use. That doent look like a factory nail to hold the rung in.

Yeah 300.5(D)(1) and (2) for sure. Boy it is pretty shocking that you guys see this type of thing often. It was a DIY HO feeder out to detached garage.

Indiana mobile home parks are very scary, most of them get connected by the trailers owners brother in law for a case of beer with no inspection. trailer fires are not uncommon.

Yeah agreed west side of Indy in Plainfield was full of "I will work for beer". That is where I would see installs like this.

Sidd most looks like intersystem bonding......However, that last split bolt on the #4 GEC looks suspicious but can't tell....good eye!
