Rigged up fuse socket, Wire going to ac unit.
You have to give it to them for the creativity, i reckon, who would have thought that????:smile:

When I worked on the RR that [glass fuses in temp sockets]was SOP....along with miles of rubber cord :confused: :mad:

What are those sockets used for?
They're great for troubleshooting intermittent circuit problems. Put in a bulb and connect it in series with the fuse or breaker wire. (Remember: black = line; white = load. ;))

One person watches the bulb while the other wiggles various devices on the circuit. If you're alone, you can use a receptacle, and extension cord, and a lamp.
