I will be the first to tell you 2 things. 1) I have no idea. 2) The ones that do are going to want a whole lot more info than you have provided.

About the same as pulling 4- 4/0's in a 4". You also need to remember that innerduct will snag on anything. Use bell ends and lay your pipe in one direction, thinking ahead as to which way you are going to pull. Always pull towards the bell end of the pipe first, this will help eliminate snags.
