Help w/wire size

I am trying to assemble materials for temporary elec service to a couple of modular class-rooms at a local school.
Both are 120/240V 1-phase
one reqs 100A service & the other 200A
My question is for the overhead "free-air" span of ACSR AL w/messenger cable... What size is required for each.
