Need to add an electric range line and microwave line to a town home, it only has a 100 amp service so I wanted to check the load.

926 sqft * 3 = 2778 VA
small app. 3000 VA
Laundry 1500 VA

General Lighting demand 4497 VA

Range 10.7 Kw @ 8 kw demand from col. C
Furnace 1800 VA
Dishwasher 1800 VA
Microwave 1800 VA
I figured high for the above 3, didn't look at the home and couldn't find exact figures

A/C 3000 VA

Total 20,897/240 = 87 amps

I would suspect it is a gas fired forced air?
1800va would be way high. Micro would be 1500 maxed, dishwasher 1200 maxed.
remember couple of these appliances come with a 15 amp cord, if it was truly 1800 va it would be required to have a 20 amp cord, every gas fired furnace I wire is on a 15 amp circuit.
