I have an olflex 150 cable supplied with a fan cooling unit. I find online it is industrail grade pvc jacket oil resistant 1&2. It also says it is oil coolant and chemical resistant. Does this make it water resistant where it can be used outside? Between to peices of equipment? From what I can tell this is the way it is designed to be used.

I can't find any outdoor ratings on this cable. I've looked at their spec online and do not see ratings for sunlight or direct burial. IMO, this cable would at a minimum need to be in a conduit, and even then, the right inspector may not like it.
