Hello! I installed a 225 amp, 1-phase residential all in one service panel with a 42K RMS rating including main. My question is what RMS do the individual circuit breakers have to be? Job will be inspected. Thanks.:-?

Probably nowhere near that for residential. Best answer is to ask the inspector.

Read the panel labeling thoroughly for the breaker type(s) you'll be using.
